Yoga On Demand Videos

We run through 12 poses on one side, gradually piecing them together. Then attempt to flow through them to the 12 days of Christmas Song! Then we repeat on the other side. It's a rather chaotic, light hearted class. It's light hearted and fun but rather fast and chaotic! Enjoy xx

This mantra is alive for me and I'm excited to share it xx

We begin with a quote from Joan Halifax describing 'Strong Back, Soft Front'. We use three tenets from Buddhism as intentions and I read one of her meditations (15mins). We then flow through a sequence strengthening the back line of the body and softening the front and we add in a wild heart thanks to Brene Brown and Kelly Kamm.

A Vinyasa flow class that begins with a short story about the sage Markendeya and explores different variations of Trikonasana (Triangle pose).

This class begins with some discussion on the Hiranyagarbha and some quotes from 'India, A Sacred Geography' by Diana L. Eck, some core work and then we build a fun (& rather silly) flow with various little egg shaped hops!
