Devis Nectar Navaratri Pilgrimage October 9 - 21/25 2026

Devotion-Adornment-Ritual-Wisdom-Beauty-Self Love

Join Louise and Uschi on an immersive pilgrimage into the Divine Nectar of the Goddess Durga and her 9 incarnations, over the festival of Navaratri, October 9th-21st 2026.

We will begin our pilgrimage by travelling  to the temple of the 64 Yoginis of Bhedaghat, in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh state. Located on the banks of the Narmada River, Bhedaghat offers us a sacred space to initiate our pilgrimage. Home to one of the few Chausati Yogini temples in India, Bhedaghats Yoginis represent an original seat of the Tantric tradition, where the feminine divine was both revered and celebrated.

Our next stop is the exotic Khajuraho, home to the glorious Tantric temples of the Chandela dynasty.  Built during the illustrious Gupta period of Indian history, Khajuraho's temples and surrounds allow us to sink deeper into our Sadhana of the Goddess, while being welcomed into the charm and innocence of a traditional Indian village.

Next we will travel  to the magnificent city of Orchha, on the banks of the Betwa river. Staying in the exquisite surrounds of the  Amar Mahal, a converted palace with views of the local temples, and enjoying the surrounds of Orchha, the exquisite architecture, and tender rural culture will be an additional boon to us as we begin to unfurl the teachings of Devi.

The culmination of our pilgrimage will be in the holy city of Varanasi, on the sacred Ganges river. Here we have the opportunity to participate and engage in the active rituals and fervour of the festival. Visiting stunning Goddess temples, and to receive the blessings of Devi from an ancient lineage of Shakta Tantra. Known as the ‘City of Light’, Varanasi is the home of Shiva and Shakti, where they are said to have conceived the creation of the universe. While walking the ancient city we will also have the unique chance to visit many ‘Pandals’, Durga temples erected only for the last 3 nights of the Navaratri festival.

Journey of Shakti Awakening March 2025

Experience the magic of a transformative Goddess pilgrimage to India in March 2025, as we embark on a sacred journey to honour Shakti, the Divine Feminine, and celebrate the power of sisterhood among Yoginis.

In the ancient temples and mystical landscapes of India, we will weave a tapestry of devotion, yoga, and mythology. This journey is a tribute to the countless female practitioners who have been underrepresented in the realms of spiritual practice. Together, we will uncover the hidden gems of Shakti Bhakti, diving deep into the wisdom of the Goddess.
